The menu
Filet mignon to falafel bites.
The catering menu runs a long way. Filet mignon, prime rib, lamb lollipops, branzino, seared scallops, lobster ravioli, oysters on the half shell, a seacuterie board. Plus 36 dishes marked plant-based and 94 gluten-friendly, spread through the menu rather than parked in one dish at the end.
None of it is a fixed package. Send your date, guest count and budget, and we'll build two or three menus around them.
